1)what do the minimum rates of wages comprise of and what procedure must be followed by the appropriate government while fixing the minimum rates of wages.
2) what are the obligations of employer to maintain records registers etc. and what are the powers of Inspector.

My organization wants to do a post appraisal survey after the completion of annual performance appraisal that how the appraisal was done.

My basic concerns are as follows:-
1) what all the areas that we have to focus
2) what are the things that we have to take care of
3) any other points to be focused

Section 7-a of EPF Act

Now PF commissioner has issued notice to college under section 7-a of PF act. Will now college has to deposit our PF to PF commissioner ? How 7-a going to help us?

My and 28 other lecturers, EPF is not being maintained properly by the college management for last 21 years or so and is being deposited in bank irregularly and at saving bank interest rate(3.5%) and amount is sweeped to FDR in between(from january 2007 only). On filing complaint to PF commissioner,Previously the commissioner has issued notice to college Management under section 15(2) of the EPF and MP act 1952. and Principal of college asked to file detailed written statement giving details of Bank account numbers, name of the bank and rate of interest.
