I was asked as HR manager if you have 1000 employees working in your company, hoe will you judge their attitude ? what si the diff between a leader and a manager ? what are the tequniques of manpower survey or attitude survey?

ESI threshold limit

Hello,

One of my senior has advised if Gross salary is reduced from 18000 to 13000 due to some reason say less no. Of days working then the associate's ESI deduction will done for that month till the 6 month's cycle cut even if Gross again changes to 18000 from next month onwards. Per my logic it should not b there. Plz advise.

if Allocable Surplus in the year 2007 is Rs.30,000/- and Bonus Paid Rs.7000.00( as per maximum bonus payable @ 20%), then what is the amount for Set On and Set off for the year 2008 if Allocable surplus is NIL.
Please provide right calculation.

Hi All,

I have moved company in feb 2008 and asked for transfer of my pf account. i was not that keen in following it up whther it was transered or not,it seems it is not transfered even after 2 years as i am going out of country for 2 years and i want to withdraw the amount. can someone tell me if this is possible. can i withdraw the amount after 2 years?
